1. Service Agreement and Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement between Webleaftech and the client. Please review the agreement carefully before making a purchase. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If Webleaftech fails to deliver the agreed-upon web design services within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific terms outlined in your service contract.
  • Unresolved Disputes: If there are substantial issues with the final design and they cannot be resolved to your satisfaction after multiple revision attempts, we may offer a refund, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Submit your request in writing to [email address], detailing the reason for your refund request and any relevant supporting information (e.g., project details, timelines, etc.).
  2. Review Process: Once we receive your request, we will review the circumstances and contact you within 7 business days with our decision regarding the refund.
  3. Resolution: If your refund is approved, we will process it through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and items are non-refundable:

  • Any work already completed, including design drafts, coding, or initial project phases that have been delivered.
  • Custom services, features, or add-ons that were specifically created for your project.
  • Fees for third-party services, such as domain registration, hosting, or software licenses, that are non-refundable from the providers.

4. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, you may be entitled to a refund for any unearned portion of the project fee, minus any costs incurred by Webleaftech up to that point. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disclaimers

  • Webleaftech does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the design concept that was approved at the outset of the project or after final delivery, unless there has been a material breach of the terms outlined in the agreement.
  • Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely feedback or required materials.
